Description
Casa Solis Sauvignon Blanc 75cl
A long and pleasant finish, perfectly balanced by fresh acidity. Ideal to pair with oily fish and shellfish.
Vinification Details: Harvested at optimum ripeness from the famous Casablanca Valley, the grapes are destemmed and subjected to macerations below 10 degrees for 6-8 hours. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures to maximize the primary aromas typical of this variety.
History: The Viña Casa Solís winery represents a decisive milestone in Félix Solís' internationalisation strategy. Following a €45 million investment and years of planning and development, the winery began its first production in 2024. Equipped with the latest technology and located in a privileged position in the Cachapoal valley, the company aims to position itself at the heart of quality Chilean winemaking.
Regional Information: Just 30 kilometres from the Pacific, the Casablanca Valley enjoys cool, temperate conditions, allowing grapes to ripen slowly, resulting in wines that are rich in flavour with bright acidity.
