This dark ruby Shiraz shows juicy black plum and subtle toasty notes. From Western Australian vineyards cooled by coastal breezes, the palate is vibrant with fresh black fruits, rounded tannins, and a clean, sweet finish.
Vinification Details: Grapes are fermented over several weeks, with batches kept separate to offer different blending options at a later date. The individual parcels will be offered personalised oak and maturation options so they represent the maximum that each block of fruit can offer. Premium batches are then allowed to finish ferment and age in French oak. After 6-9 months, only the very best batches are selected for this wine.

Regional Information: Grown on ancient Gondwana soils in the pristine southwest corner of Western Australia, this shiraz is the culmination of a number of individual batches to create a greater whole. The old gravelly soils and low vigour that they produce create an intense yet elegant wine full of ripe fruit characters with soft, luscious tannins.
