This bright, clear Sauvignon Blanc offers fresh passionfruit and zesty lime aromas. The palate is vibrant with sweet stone fruit and finishes crisp and tangy, reflecting the cool oceanic breeze of its Western Australian vineyards.
Vinification Details: The individual grape batches are fermented at cool temperatures and matured in stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention. The pristine fruit is the hero of this wine and everything we do at the winery is to ensure that this is on show in each and every glass.

Regional Information: Sourced from vineyards within the pristine southwestern corner of Western Australia with an abundance of sunlight and pure, fresh water, these grapes benefit from the cooling breezes of the Indian Ocean to create a wine that is intense in flavour and aroma. A dedicated, hands-on approach to growing the vines sees each parcel of fruit treated individually, with harvest taking place through the cool night hours to ensure that every morsel of flavour is retained.
