Pink Sauvignon Blanc? What’s that all about? Well folks, it’s become a bit of a thing, if you like your rosé dry yet ridiculously fruity. Made from grapes grown in South Africa’s Western Cape, we have to admit our rosé makes for a darn fine sundowner.
Its got all the juicy, tropical flavours you’d expect from a Sauvignon Blanc, with a hint of fresh strawberry in the mix, which comes from a small portion of Pinotage rosé added to the mix. And it’s give you that holiday feel, even on a wet Wednesday in February. Which is a good thing.
Geek Fact: Most rosé wines are made from red grapes. Ours is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and a small amount of Pinotage Rosé to give it a pinky hue and juicy strawberry flavour.
