Details of production:
Selected plots of vineyards in Côte de Beaune villages, mostly PernandVergelesses, Auxey-Duresses and Ladoix and used to produce this wine. The soils being comprise of limestone and clay.
Tasting notes:
Bright ruby. Intense aromas of red berries and raspberry mixed with spicy nuances. Well-balanced and well-structured. Very pure aromas. Elegant tannins. Pleasant and refreshing finish.
How to serve:
To be enjoyed with warm starters, white meat, matured cheeses.
