Deutz Demi-Sec (75cl)
Founded in 1838 in Aÿ, the Deutz Champagne house covers 42 hectares and is now in the hands of the famous Roederer family. Its demi-sec champagne is the result of a blend of equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. Its pretty golden colour is accompanied by a fine and persistent bubble. On the nose, floral notes are matched by aromas of toast, ripe fruit and marzipan. The tasting reveals a silky texture as dense as it is fruity.
