From vineyards on the highlands near the "Grand Canyon" of the river Gabriel in Eastern Spain, rebel winemaker Inma Pérez blends select batches to create this rich and intense wine from Bobal-Syrah grapes. The deeply coloured skins of old-vine Bobal grapes give this wine its intensity and soft tannins whilst the Syrah fleshes out the body with ripe black fruit characters. Don't cross this wine.
