Drappier Clarevallis Organic Extra Brut (75cl)

The all new cuvée from Maison DRAPPIER is called Clarevallis, a tribute to the abbey of Clairvaux, which is owned by the DRAPPIER family. It is sourced from organic plots, and partly ploughed by horse.

This cuvée is elaborated from 75% of Pinot Noir, 10% of Pinot Meunier and 5% of Blanc Vrai.

Clarevallis represents the expression of the landscape and terroir which are mastered by men since the 12th century.

At first, the color is golden-grey to the eye. The nose unveils elderberry and violet notes, with a lot of minerality. The palate is well-balanced with a discreet dosage and pretty bitters flavours.

The all new cuvée Clarevallis from Maison DRAPPIER is delicious as an aperitif and accompanies fish, especially lobster with unparalleled mystery.
