Cellar Estates have carefully chosen wines from the around the world and Royal Cava is a superb Sparkling wine from Spain. Made from a blend of these local grape varieties: Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada and produced according to the 'Metodo Tradicional'.
Royal Cava is well balanced with flavours of fresh citrus fruits and a soft rounded finish. Royal Cava is best enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to white meat, seafood or spicy dishes.
