Bocchino Grappa

Carlo Bocchino founded the Bocchino Distillery in Canelli, in the Piedmont area of Italy in 1898. The current family, Carlo and his daughter Marta, are the fourth and fifth generations of the family to produce grappa. They grew up hearing about grapes, vintages and soil from their parents and the local villagers.

The Bocchino Grappas are distilled in alambic stills and aged in 5,000 litre Slovakian oak barrels. Gran Moscato is a single grape grappa made from the lees of the Moscato grape, famous in Piedmont. Gran Moscato has a characteristic aroma, intense flavour, sincere and warm, soft but not harsh taste.
