Description
Boccantino Primitivo (75cl)
Vinification Details: The rigorous handpicking of grapes is followed by a meticulous selection of the destemmed grapes. The grape withering on plants, favoured by the sea wind, and a slow maturation in French oak barrels for about 6 months results in an outstanding full-bodied wine with soft tannins that release vanilla notes in the finish.
History: A journey through southern Italy: Abruzzo, Campania, Apulia, Sicily, and Sardinia meet in a line of wines that celebrate the oenological richness. Different lands, fine grapes, and skilled vinification merge into glasses of different shades, from white to red, passing through rosé. A toast to the excellences of Southern Italy, preserved in every bottle like a precious treasure.
Regional Information: From the union of diverse lands in southern Italy comes a collection of wines that exalts their peculiarities. A work of selection, vinification, and refinement that translates into bottles capable of telling unique stories and flavours.
