Marius rosé is an expressive and fruity wine, counterbalanced by a pleasant acidity coming from the two grape varieties of Grenache and Syrah.
Tasting notes:
Bright, rose petal hues. The nose is floral. the palate is clean on entry, with nice acid balance, full and bursting with notes of white-fleshed fruit.
How to serve:
Serve with fried zucchini with garlic mayonnaise (Aioli), Crostini with fresh goat-cheese or red mullet fillets with tapenade. During winter this wine pairs well with slow roasted chicken and fresh pasta, Provençal Beef Stew and creamy polenta and even Crème Caramel.
