Ordering

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value, however all orders below £250 are subject to a small delivery charge, details of which can be found on our ‘Shipping and Returns’ page. Please input your post-code for accurate postage calculations.

 

How can I cancel an order?

Please contact us to cancel orders. Please note that if an order has been processed, it may not be possible to cancel immediately, and you may have to use our returns procedure instead.

 

When trying to place an order, a message saying 'Invalid token' appears, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that this message appears, please try a different internet browser, or try placing the order on a different device (i.e. a different phone, tablet or laptop). If you continue to have issues, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.

 

Can I obtain products that are not shown on your website?

Whilst our main stock range is shown on our site, we would request that you contact us so we can attempt to search the markets to find your requested drinks.

 

Where can I find more information on your products?

Do you accept payments by PayPal?

In addition to all major cards, we also accept payment by PayPal.

How late can I place an order for next-working day delivery?

We aim to process orders for next-working day delivery if they are received by 1pm. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or bank-holidays.

 

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

We offer a Saturday service on all of our deliveries, providing they are received by the 1pm cut-off point.

 

What delivery services do you offer?

What is the 365-day return policy?
